The full automotive line-up now includes unique products designed to protect glass, wheels, and brake calipers, plastic and trim surfaces, and upholstery. Additionally, XPEL introduced FUSION PLUS MARINE, a ceramic coating targeted at the watercraft enthusiast segment. Scratch resistance
The hardness of Fusion Plus is 9H. Compared with the hardness of ordinary car paints of 2H for most entry-level and Asia manufacturer cars and 3-4H for European cars, it can prevent most minor scratches and has an elastic recovery function to protect the vehicle from daily minor scratches. The scratches on the paint surface are reduced by more than 70% compared with the general coating or wax.
Corrosion resistance
The ultra-fine nano-ceramic layer of Fusion Plus isolates the paint surface from the outside world, which can effectively prevent oxidation and resist the corrosion of bird droppings, tree sap, and acid rain. In Malaysia, the average acid rain value is 4.2.
No cracking
Fusion Plus is resistant to ultraviolet rays, high temperature, and severe cold, with a temperature resistance range of up to 700°C. Fusion Plus Ceramic Coating won’t crack or fall off even with a wide range of temperature changes. Thanks to the Ambient curable resin mixture formulation.
Easy to clean
The microparticle of fusion plus will fill the invisible pores of the paint surface of the car body, make the paint surface reach the mirror state, and make the car body easy to clean and maintain. At the same time, it saves more than 50% of the time for car wash and has a super Strong hydrophobic and self-cleaning function.
Brighter
Fusion Plus increases the refraction of light, which makes the car surface brighter, and the paint surface is brilliant and bright, with a brightness of more than 95% (only about 70% for new cars).
Strong water repellence
The low surface energy tension of Fusion Plus repels water drops, and it has super water repellence and does not stick to water. Fusion Plus has a long-lasting and stable performance. It can last for 5-8 years.
